Past Guest Rates: 10% discount for past guests.
NB: only applies when booking by phone, email, or via this web site, and for more than one night.

• Peak Rate: School holidays and public holidays
• Family: 2 adults and up to 3 children under 16 years.
  • Extra adult $20
  • Extra child $10
• 5% Group Discount when booking 3 cottages.
• 30% deposit required to secure booking with balance payable if payment via direct deposit 3 days before arrival or cash on arrival.
• Payment via Direct Deposit (Preferred) or Cash (sorry no credit card)

Cancellation Policy

Off Peak Period Bookings:

• Deposits are fully refundable if more than 30 days notice (prior to arrival date) is given.
• Deposits are not refundable if less than 30 days notice (prior to arrival date) is given.

Peak period bookings

• 50% of Deposit is refundable if more than 30 days notice (prior to arrival date) is given.
• Deposit is NON Refundable when less than 30 days notice (prior to arrival date) is given.
